However sturdy you may seem to be
Whatever you may say to look severe
I’ll never know what you may sacrifice
But there will always be an “otherwise”
You can’t stand neither vassalage nor pleading,
I wonder – have you yet suppressed your feelings?
And all your words have been suffice
To know there must be “otherwise”
Otherwise you’d be tender,
Otherwise I’d surrender
After I fall apart
Otherwise, summer ending,
We would just quit pretending
Having a chance to start
Absolutely new folder
Therefore you’d have to hold me
Lest I should lose the ground
Otherwise keep to longing
“Otherwise” won’t make stronger
“Otherwise” brings no wounds
You never start but you’re afraid of end
You try to show me I’m a common friend
Your heart is a controllable device
Because you’ve never thought of “otherwise”
